Rameshwar Rathi is the Managing Partner and founder of Royal Capital. He is a Qualified Chartered Accountant and Certified Business Manager with over 30 years of experience in UAE, across multiple sectors.

He has held prominent leadership roles in several international firms with primary positions in the United Arab Emirates. He specializes in financial management, accounting, auditing, taxation, and corporate law. His expertise includes to identify and devise strategies to mitigate risk, reduce cost, enhance quality and efficiency in order to increase profit margins. He has managed large teams in the area of risk-based Internal Audit, Financial Reporting, Financial Due Diligence and Business Valuations.
